Shipping policy

We ship orders every Friday, excluding public holidays. In the case of a public holiday, shipping will be the following working day. After you place your order, we will ship it within 5 business days.

We will send you an email confirming when your product has been shipped.

Shipping costs will be calculated when you make your order. Please be advised that international orders may incur additional customs or taxes payable by you upon arrival of the product into the receiving country.

We ship using Australia Post with the following options:

• Australia Post Parcel Post - typically 2-7 business days
• Australia Post International - typically 15-30 business days

For large orders, we may engage a courier and we will advise you of the details.
